Kevin ordered us exactly what we wanted, including color and add on options. Kevin was an excellent communicator so we knew precisely when the vehicle was to arrive at the dealership. Before leaving the dealership with our new vehicle, Kevin spent about an hour going over every feature and every function button on the vehicle. Jason (sales) was great when it came to communication and answered every question I had no matter how big or small. He was very detailed and understood I was shopping around for the best price so he gave me a deal i couldn’t pass up. Ali (finance) was awesome as well. She explained everything thoroughly and wasn’t pushy like some dealers if you don’t want certain extra options but she took the time to answer any questions. Overall, shopping and working with the staff at South Coast Toyota was a positive experience.
