The service department is well run, but I had a bad experience with the parts center. I'd recommend getting your Toyota parts from another dealer. I placed an order on May 19 which was then cancelled with a note to "please reorder". I reordered the same day and didn't hear anything until I called on May 27 and was told their system was undergoing an upgrade. It would've been nice to know that in advance, but I was ok waiting. The following day, May 28, I received another email letting me know my second order for the same part was cancelled with the reason "Customer no longer wants part", which was not true. I will not be trying to order the same part for a third time and would recommend others to not order any parts from this dealer. Edit: Changed to 4 star review based on the owner's response

We always have a great time at South Coast Toyota. Service Advisor Ana Ochoa provides us honest great service. She took care of my 2013 Camry SE and gave us the list of repairs that should be completed in the up and coming months. No upselling. Provides every customer an experience to last a lifteime. I just took care of one of the repairs, and looking forward to the next repair(s) that need to be completed. Thank you Anna, and Ruben for making it a great experience for both of us (my gf and myself). This is the place you need to go to for your Toyota auto purchases and repairs. 🙂

South Coast Toyota have provided great service since I bought my 2023 Tacoma. A recent service showed that I had a steering issue. They were extremely supportive and assisted in identifying issue and went well above expectations in determining if it was a warranty issue or not especially since I will be taking the vehicle abroad in the very near future. I can very easily recommend them to anyone looking for very detailed vehicle maintenance but most of all the support they provide. A big thank you!

My service advisor is Frank, he’s always pleasant and efficient. Gives me an estimated pick up time and keeps me updated when and if it changes. He does an excellent job at going over all work done and assures me that they will be there if I have any concerns. From making my appointment to checking my car in to picking up my car has always been nothing less than a great experience.

Great experience. Thank you Dennis! I originally planned to purchase a Corolla but when the car arrived I didn’t like it mostly because I wanted a blue car and the Corolla was too light. Dennis went to work and found a beautiful blue (Ocean Gem) Camry. I fell in love with the car and we worked out a deal.

I was going to be in the area because I had a doctors appointment so I booked a appointment the day before and it worked out perfectly , Ray was very polite and helped me get in and out of there quick being that I had a long drive back home since I was commuting from riverside i appreciate the help ray thanks so much !
